Gewindestangen DIN 976-1 - 10.9

Sehr ähnlich der vorherigen Baureihe 8.8 in veredeltem Zustand. Geeignet für Verbindungen mit hoher Belastung, empfohlen für Reibungsverbindungen mit kontrolliertem Anzug. Es wird eine höhere Zugfestigkeit (über 1000 MPa) erreicht, die jedoch mit gewissen Einschränkungen im Zusammenhang mit der Gefahr einer Wasserstoffversprödung verbunden sein kann. In dieser Festigkeitsklasse sind die Möglichkeiten der galvanischen Verzinkung begrenzt, es müssen Maßnahmen in Form einer Entwässerung der Bauteile ergriffen werden (ein aufwändigerer Prozess, der mit einem höheren Preis verbunden ist). Für die Oberflächenbehandlung wird häufig eine spezielle Anwendung (GEOMET®, DACROMET® usw.) empfohlen, bei der für die Sonderanfertigung Längenbeschränkungen gelten (normalerweise bis zu 800 mm). Gewährleistung der Kerbzähigkeit min. 27J bei -20°C. Hergestellt aus Kohlenstoffstahl oder legiertem Stahl, gehärtet und angelassen.
